Not all computers are the same.
We have always developed on a joint Mac and PC network.This allows us
to create projects that will work on about 95% of all computers. It is
important that the target platform for any project are decided at the
outset. Apple Mac should not be dismissed out of hand - there is nothing
more likely to lose you a sale than sending someone information they can't
access.
We would recommend that the majority of projects are developed for:
Windows 95/98/NT/2000
Apple Mac OS 7 and above
Computers should have 64 mb of RAM
The processors Should be 150mhz or above
Projects should always be tested on low as well as high end machines
as we have seen projects that run to fast as well as to slow.
